Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for purchases made from AdxFire Media ("AdxFire", "we", "our"). If you have questions, contact us at [email protected].
Service engagements (custom work)
For project-based services (e.g., web/mobile development, UI/UX, consulting), payments are tied to time, planning, and delivery milestones.
- Before work begins: If you cancel after payment but before kickoff, we may refund the amount paid minus non-recoverable charges (e.g., payment gateway fees) and any work already performed.
- After work begins: If you cancel after kickoff, we will invoice for work completed up to the cancellation date (including discovery, design, development, and project management). Any remaining balance (if prepaid) will be refunded after set-off of such charges.
- Milestone deliveries: Once a milestone is delivered/approved, fees for that milestone are non-refundable.
Digital products / subscriptions (if applicable)
- Subscriptions: You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing. Unless required by law, we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods after access has been granted.
- One-time digital purchases: If a digital product has been delivered or access has been activated, it is generally non-refundable due to the nature of digital delivery—unless the product is materially defective and we are unable to fix it within a reasonable timeframe.
Non-refundable items
- Third-party fees and pass-through costs (domains, hosting, licenses, tools, ads spend, etc.).
- Completed milestones and delivered work products (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
- Any work performed prior to cancellation.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Email [email protected] with your name, invoice/order details, and the reason for the request. We may ask for additional information to verify the request.
Refund processing timelines
If a refund is approved, we typically initiate it within 5–10 business days. The time for funds to reflect in your account depends on your payment method and bank/payment provider.
