AdxFire Media provides web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, and related digital services. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual project agreements.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership rights to the final deliverables. AdxFire Media retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project proposals. Typically, we require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
Limitation of Liability
AdxFire Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
